Shipping policy
Processing & Production Time All Sacred Divine & Co. products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or customs processing.
Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Orders International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Sacred Divine & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Multiple Items Orders containing multiple items may ship separately and arrive at different times, as products may be fulfilled by different production partners.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at thedadineeded@proton.me and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
