Made-to-Order Products All Sacred Divine & Co. products are made to order and printed on demand. Because each item is custom produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
We strongly encourage you to review our Size Guide before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us at thedadineeded@proton.me within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Lost Packages If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. Please contact us at thedadineeded@proton.me so we can investigate with our fulfillment partner.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before production begins. After production has started, cancellations are not possible as the item is already being made for you.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
